At Cremova, we want your booking experience to be smooth and transparent. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as all bookings are subject to the rules of the airlines, hotels, and travel providers we work with.


1. General Terms

  • Cremova acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel providers.
  • All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the provider’s terms and conditions (airline, hotel, etc.).
  • Cremova does not control provider policies but will assist you in processing your request.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation & Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets (e.g., promotional or low-cost fares) may be non-refundable.
  • Changes (Date/Name): Airlines may allow changes with additional fees. Cremova will apply the airline’s charges plus a small service fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to board your flight, most airlines consider the ticket void and non-refundable.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Flexible Bookings: Some hotels allow free cancellation if requested within the specified time (e.g., 24–72 hours before check-in).
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Discounted rates may not allow cancellations or refunds.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not check in, the hotel may charge the full stay as a penalty.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted to Cremova at [email protected].
  • Once approved by the provider, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • Any service fees charged by Cremova for handling cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

  • Taxes, surcharges, or unused services may be refundable depending on the provider’s policy.
  • Refund amounts are always calculated after deducting provider penalties and Cremova’s service fees.

6. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

In cases of natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, refunds are subject to the travel provider’s policies. Cremova will assist customers in requesting waivers or credits where possible.
